How can I choose my size?

As we wish nothing but the best for our muse, we make sure that every single one of our pieces would be a perfect fit for you. For your convenience, a size chart is posted for each product in our website to serve as a guide as you cop our pieces.
 
If in any case, you wish to have a piece that is made according to your own actual size, you can choose the 'Made to Order' option found in the sizes's tab on each product. This way, the piece is made specifically just for you.

Can I ask for a custom piece?

As we want nothing but your utmost happiness, we also accept custom pieces with your selection of customization of the following:
     1. Your specific measurements for sizing
     2. A specific color for a certain design
     3. A request to have a design made for you
For customizations of color and design (as listed in numbers 2 and 3), kindly note that additional fees may apply.

Can I purchase a design as separates?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you surely can. As one can see from the designs posted, photos may be repeated but descriptions changed. Kindly note that each description may vary as tops and bottoms part of a coordinates are also sold separately.

Are returns, cancellations, and exchanges allowed?"

Accepted Answer

As we want nothing but your utmost satisfaction, we allow returns and exchanges only if the quality of our pieces that you have received are below our promises (such as damages). Aside from this, no returns, cancellations, and exchanges are allowed as size charts and other details are already posted on our website and other social media sites.

How can I pay?

As we want you to have the most convenient time as possible, we accept payments through BPI, BDO, GCash, LBC, and Cebuana Lhuiller. After doing so, kindly send your proof of payment to our email: bylatishastudio@gmail.com so processing of your piece would be made.

Can my order/s be shipped via Grab or Lalamove?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we would love shipping your order/s via Grab or Lalamove to ensure quick acceptance of the receiver as long as the recipient's location is within Metro Manila. However, this may only be made via request that could be made in our website, email, or direct message on any of our social media platforms.
